To fix the ‘This Page Isn’t Eligible To Have A Username‘ error, you must be a member of Facebook. If you are not a member, you must assign your page a role. You can assign the role to another person. To do this, login to your profile and click on Pages. On the page that you want to fix, click the Settings option.
