Guterres also called on Russia to cooperate in the investigation into the genocide.

Missile attack in Kiev

Meanwhile, two explosions took place in Kiev during a joint news conference between President Zelensky and the UN Secretary-General. Ukrainian officials say it was a Russian missile strike.
