Kherson region will start issuing Russian passports. Residents of the Kherson region will be able to obtain Russian passports this year, said Kirill Stremousov, deputy chairman of the military-civilian administration of the region.
“Russian passports will be issued here. I think that this will happen this year,” he said.

Stremousov noted that everyone who is now in the region will have the right to issue a document.
