The 21-year-old Holland will join the Citizens’ Camp from Borussia Dortmund next season, according to The Athletic, a US-based sports newspaper.

Negotiations for a deal with the Netherlands in April went a long way. The rest was a matter of release clause. Manchester City Holland have agreed to pay a release clause of 75 million euros, according to reports.
