A decade ago, Argentina won 1-0 in a friendly match against Australia at the MCG thanks to Messi’s goal. Several teams will play friendly matches in Australia this year. Barcelona will play a friendly match against the Australian A-League star team on May 25 in Sydney. Manchester United and Crystal Palace will play a friendly match at MCG in July.
