In the context of ignoring the ED notice, Rujira said, why not call for questioning at the ED office in Kolkata instead of Delhi? Rujira then filed a case in the Delhi High Court seeking to appear at the ED office in Kolkata instead of Delhi. However, the High Court did not intervene in the ED’s order.
